If you’re someone like me who would rather ask around than take the time to look online. DGD is the place! DGD came highly recommended from several friends after running into a garage issue a few months of purchasing a house. They are very knowledgeable and even more focused on a great customer experience. So as DGD came highly recommended to me, I will highly recommend them to anyone else. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic customer service at Discount Garage Door. They came out once to assess an issue we were having with the garage door, and I followed their advice to help the door (it was sticking - likely due to an old weather stripping sticking to the door). I fixed the weather stripping and sprayed PFTE on the stripping. When I called back to let them know that it was still having issues, they worked with my schedule and got someone out the next business day. They sent out the GM Cody and he immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it while he was there. They weren't perfect, but they were determined to fix my issue properly and promptly and it did not cost me anything extra.

Edit: received call from manager and after discussion was refunded all but $125. I appreciate the follow up and feel much better about the price and service received. Not clear upfront on pricing. Asked for itemized receipt twice and still didn’t receive one. Was charged $365 in labor for less than 30 minutes of work. I was told that’s just what it cost because it’s being considered a commercial door (also not disclosed when I called to schedule). It’s the garage door to our shop at our residence. No parts needed. When told the pricing I was under the impression it was if a spring needed, it wasn’t. Called around after the fact and this was by far the most expensive in the city. Still waiting on my itemized receipt so I can see where the $365 went.
