Process was solid from initial contact to completed job. They called on time, arrived for initial quote on time, went through all the options with me, scheduled installation on my schedule and arrived on time and worked until completed. I was surprised when the Chris Williams arrived by himself because it was a big job, but he knocked it out of the park and made sure I was happy with the install before he left. Awesome company.

My garage door kept coming off the tracks. Victor came out and was very professional and polite. He did not pressure me at all into getting a new door. He actually gave me several options. I chose to replace my door. James and Bryan came out and installed my door. They both were very polite and professional. The job was done within the time frame they gave me. From the call to have the salesman, Brian, coming by with an estimate, to the installation only took a few days. The installer, Chris, was very fast and courteous. He did an excellent job and the door looks great. Brian never pressured me and showed me all that was available. There were no “hidden costs” or sales pressure. Thanks Discount Garage Door for doing such an excellent job. I will definitely recommend your company to everyone.

I have used them twice now. The first time was because I couldn’t get my garage door opener to connect to my garage door. They charged me a service fee but also tightened my garage door mounts and live the door. I felt like the service fee was expensive for the service but they were friendly and knowledgeable. The second time the spring above my single garage door broke. They charged $350 for the spring, $50 for an attachment, and $150 for the service for a total of $550. They also tried to sell me rollers for $200 for 10, 5 on each side. Again knowledgeable and quick. Although they missed the first appointment. Rescheduled the next day and were an hour late. My research, dumb for after, shows $550 is on the highest end of a single spring replacement. They are nice, and do good work but I feel like their prices are on the higher end.
